Delivery
If your delivery address is outside of Ireland, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you wish to query this further or seek clarification we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

If goods are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products together with any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on delivery of the products. You will receive a mail indicating that your order has been shipped.

The price of an individual item does not include delivery charges. Delivery is charged in accordance with the information displayed on the Site. Delivery charges may be amended at any time to reflect a change in costs. Very large orders may incur additional delivery charges but this is very rare. Should this occur we would contact you to seek your agreement prior to dispatch. We constantly strive to provide the best cost effective way of delivery for our customers. However in some instances Green Gorgeous has no control over these costs.

We wish to point out that some products are shipped directly from the supplier in order to minimise waste, ensure safe delivery or to minimise air miles. This means that you may not receive a multiple product order all in the one delivery. Delivery of all paints, even samples, is to the Rep. of Ireland and NI only and is by courier from the distributor to ensure safe arrival. Delivery is therefore separate from other items ordered and has a separate delivery charge which is dictated by the distributor. We advise you to note delivery changes to maximise the value of your order e.g. 1-40 samples pots will cost €13.00 plus VAT @23% (€15.99) in the Rep. of Ireland.

We use a third-party postal or courier service to deliver goods and therefore specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and telephone details for delivery purposes. Green Gorgeous cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall or damaged goods, of which you become aware, must be notified to us in writing within three days of the receipt of goods.

Delivery times
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours (weekdays only).

If an item is ‘made to order’, it will state that on the product details and we will email you to let you know when your order should be with you.

Please note that if your item is no longer in stock or at busy times such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. We will contact you with details on when you can expect your order to arrive. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for guaranteed next day delivery and we will advise of the relevant delivery charge. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

Irish Delivery:
€5.00 shipping fee for up to 30 kilos within the island of Ireland, should your package goes over 30 Kilos the charge will show accordingly.
Delivery: Once items are in stock you should receive your order within 24-48 hours of dispatch.  Although there may be delays at busy times of the year such as Christmas. All orders are dispatched using a courier service or An Post small parcel service and will require a signature upon delivery. All items are insured and trackable.

UK Delivery (includes the Channel Islands)
€12.50 shipping fee for up to 25 kilos should your package goes over 25 Kilos the charge will show accordingly.
Delivery: Once items are in stock you should receive your order within 4-5 days of dispatch.  All items are insured and trackable. Your order will require a signature upon delivery.

If you are not there
If you are not there to sign for the delivery of your order, if it has come by courier, they will attempt to contact you by the phone number you provide, if this is unsuccuessful a note will be left advising you of a phone number to contact the courier. Please note that if you fail to contact the courier within a certain length of time (usually three days), the order will be returned to us. If it has comes by AnPost postage to within Republic of Ireland it will be held awaiting you to collect in you local depot for a period of time which will be indicated on the notice left at your address. After said time it will be returned to us. If your order is returned due to nobody available to sign for it - we are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.

Delivery charges and time frames for furniture and large items – within Island of Ireland and UK
For larger items, delivery charges start at €15 for Island of Ireland and €29.50 for the UK (for example up to size 80x200x60cm and under 30 KG). If you would prefer to collect your items in person please please contact us and we can arrange a suitable time to do so. Each item will be individually priced for delivery.

Delivery times for furniture items are normally within 7-10 days of  receipt of your order. We will advise you of your delivery date in advance.

Overseas & Worldwide Shipping:

• Green Gorgeous requires that all deliveries are signed for upon receipt.
• We regret that we cannot accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
• We deliver almost anywhere in the world by secure and well-known courier partners.
• Delivery charges include the cost of postal packaging and courier handling charges.
• We take no responsibility for any Taxes or Duties that may be payable by the recipient in the country of destination
